Responsibilities & Context:
Must be able to prepare & maintain vouchers for all transactions with proper supporting and good filing system.
Checking of supplier’s bills and vouchers & Proper posting In Tally (or any ERP) Software.
Preparing the bank vouchers and bank reconciliation properly.
Record properly cash and bank transactions and preparing Receipts & Payment statements.
Monitor and analyze accounting data, trial balance, and oversee the daily accounts operations.
Prepare monthly bank loan and others reconciliation statements.
Prepare documentation for audits and collaborate with auditors as needed.
Should know VAT and Tax regulations.
Protecting an organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Performing other duties as required to support reporting officials.
