Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the medical support to the patients and provide the health care within the medical center and factory premises working on 24/7.
Responsible to initiate emergency treatment, stabilization of patients and ensuring adequate patient monitoring in the medical department.
Assist in health and safety of employees with regular triage amongst the waiting patients, picking out cases requiring priority consultation.
Responsible for dressing of wounds, minor injuries, skin infections and administrating drugs as prescribed by the doctors.
Responsible for assisting in the transfer of sick patients to Hospital as advised by doctor on call and the safe handover of patient.
Responsible for maintaining excellent infection control standards in the medical center.
Ensure proper medical waste management of the medical center.
Comply with other instructions as and when required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
