Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth, standardised operation strategies, competitive strategies, optimize operational costs, promoting the effective implementation of various strategies to continuously improve the market, and ensure profitability in alignment with organisational goals.

  • Must have good knowledge about Business Environment in Bangladesh.

  • Develop potential clients/customer/dealer, identifying areas for potential clients & maintain a good relationship with the existing clients/customer/dealer.

  • Lead client engagement initiatives, including organising workshops, training sessions, and events, to promote our products and enhance customer/dealer satisfaction.

  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.

  • Ensure that customer/dealer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.

  • Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential clients.

  • Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

  • Proactively gather market feedback and monitors competitor products, sales & marketing activities to support sales strategies of the Company.

  • Contact potential or existing clients/customers/dealers to inform them about the new products.

  • Responsible for achieving the assigned business target.

  • Responsible for the business operation and team management to attain the business goals.

  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.

  • Research the latest in the business industry, creating new opportunities to expand business and meet or exceed annual sales targets by fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing strategic insights to senior management.

  • Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations that showcase product’s unique value proposition, securing new business and partnerships.

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, media outlets and influencers to promote our brand.

  • Develop and implement public relations campaigns to enhance our market presence and visibility in our product related market.

  • Train junior team member to improve business goals and meet expectations.

  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by senior management to support organizational growth and success.
