Job Responsibilities:
Strategize, design, develop & execute the end-to-end SCM plans that are aligned with the company`s business goals.
Ensure material planning for projects and supplies, coordinating with the Design and Execution Team ahead of actual demand.
Supervise all commercial activities (e.g., issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment /correction, Export/import proceeds realization, ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs through maintaining proper liaison with customs authority, concerned banks, C&F agents, trade bodies, shipping lines).
Develop vendors based on the required compliances, credit period, price, and Delivery schedule, and negotiate further for warranty support, quality, and other specifics.
Coordinate with the Technical team in obtaining the approval & finalize with the vendor and release of purchase order.
Maintain proper correspondence with the supplier, factory, buyer, C&F, and other concerned offices.
Develop an effective and cost-efficient supply chain process.
Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives.
Communicate with internal departments like Operations, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure proper coordination
Build long-term relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
