Job Context:
∎ Department/Program: Child Welfare Department
∎ Report To: Team Leader, Child Welfare Department
∎ Expected Start Date: June, 2023
∎ Contract length: 2 Years from joining date (With the possibility of Extension subject to funding, program needs, and performance of incumbent)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors & partners and develop strong relationships with them through regular communication.
∎ Keep sponsors informed about the progress and well-being of the child they support.
∎ Coordinate with the program team to ensure timely and accurate updates about the children.
∎ Need to develop and implement strategies to meet fundraising targets.
∎ Attend events and meet with sponsors to deepen their engagement with the organization.
∎ Provide regular reports to the reporting manager on fundraising progress and sponsor engagement.
∎ Ensure the sponsor database is kept up-to-date and accurate.
∎ Contribute to the organization’s overall fundraising strategy by providing input and feedback based on sponsor feedback and trends.
∎ Identify potential opportunities and inform the other team to follow up.
∎ Attend to sponsor complaints and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Conduct sponsor satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to convey a high degree of commitment and passion.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for crafting clear, concise, and effective messages to sponsors and colleagues.
∎ The ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented, well-organized, focused and goal-oriented, with a high level of initiative and energy, as well as problem-solving skills.
∎ Prior experience in database management as well as knowledge of CRM databases required
∎ Strong command over MS Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Empathy, Active listening, Adaptability & Positive attitude towards the organization’s mission is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned tasks under pressure situations and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly Salary Review, Bonuses (2), and Provident Fund as per JAAGO policy
