Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance with SOP upon in-process checking of manufacturing operation of production area.
∎ Check approval status of raw and packaging materials used in the manufacturing of products.
∎ Verify calibration of equipment's.
∎ Check cleanliness of production area.
∎ Verify line clearance activities as per SOP’s (Manufacturer) before starting operations.
∎ Ensure appropriate sampling of bulk and finished products as per sampling plan for QC analysis.
∎ Verify the rules of GMP & GLP, Product Safety & Hygiene and Personal Hygiene during work in progress.
∎ Inform immediately to the concerned personnel of toll manufacturer as well as manager QA in case of any deviation from standard or anomalies observed in the BMR, BPR or processing.
∎ Review documents (BMR, BPR, QC test report, tags etc.) of batches from time to time.
∎ Perform other related activities assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Experience in QA and QC department in any reputed pharmaceuticals or food manufacturing company will get preference.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
