Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software applications.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues promptly.
∎ Monitor and maintain the local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
∎ Ensure seamless and secure access for all users.
∎ Manage firewall and have knowledge of Active Directory.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance.
∎ Provide technical assistance to employees, addressing IT-related inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
∎ Log, track, and resolve support requests in a timely manner.
∎ Implement regular data backup procedures to safeguard critical information.
∎ Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades to keep the IT environment up-to-date and secure.
∎ Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
∎ Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
