Working experience in Cattle Feed Sales & Technical Service.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have ability to prepare and conduct presentations in Bangla and English.
Provide one-stop technical support for cattle feed sales
Supervise technical service for cattle feed and conduct frequent visit to designated locations
Promote business and generate new customers by monitoring regularity in market visits, demonstrations, seasonal trainings, technical training, CAP implementation, etc. to keep current farmers satisfied as well as attract new farmers
Plan, organize and conduct training programs for sales team to deliver exceptional cattle feed sales and hit topline growth in cattle feed business
Lead the process of coming up with incremental growth and product development strategies for different geographies and market dynamics
Prepare feed performance report, analyze feed sales achievements and identify areas of improvement
