∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management, Quality

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring BOPP line, Primary & Secondary Slitting, Metallization film grading performance, packing activities in coordination with Slitting, Maintenance and Warehouse staffs.
∎ Responsible for managing and verifying internal and external calibration of all laboratory equipment apparatus, acceptance of error, variation and deviation for further use.
∎ Responsible for inspection & gradation of produced products from production, slitting & metallizer.
∎ Responsible for raising non-conformance product report (NCR) and corrective action request (CAR) for every applicable non-conformance noted.
∎ Closing of NCR’s and recording them for periodic reporting as necessary
∎ Responsible for reporting shift's activities on the QC Logbook during his shift.
∎ Organize QC Laboratory files, supplies, maintenance of equipment and QC Laboratory facilities.
∎ Participate in the Food Safety and hygiene activities of the plant.
∎ Perform other assigned activities whenever necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
