Responsibilities & Context:
Visa Consultation: Advise clients on visa types, requirements, and eligibility (tourist, student, Medical)
Tour Package: Convence clients for Tour package sales and Achivment monthly sales target.
Document Processing: Collect, verify, and organize required documents
Application Submission: Fill out visa forms accurately and submit applications to embassies or visa centers
Interview Preparation: Guide applicants for visa interviews and provide possible Q&A training
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding for sales & services
Problem Solving: Handle visa refusals, reapplications, and appeals when necessary
Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and maintain a positive work environment
