Responsibilities & Context:

  • Oversee daily travel operations and business activities.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction & service quality and office policies & procedures are followed.

  • Monitor team performance and operational efficiency.

  • Solve operational issues, complaints, and emergency travel situations.

  • Maintain company procedures, travel schedules, company records, files and documentation.

  • Control operational costs and improve productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with travel policies, safety, and regulations.

  • Manage daily office activities and administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.

  • Handle office supplies and equipment.

  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents.

  • Assist in customer communication and front-desk management when needed.
