Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• The applicant must have Graduation and Post graduation degree with minimum CGPA 3.0 in a scale of 4.00 from any UGC approved university having no 3rd Division/Class in his/her academic records.

• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and be well conversant in Computer Literacy and sound analytical proficiency.

• Should have practical working experience of credit proposals appraisal with in-depth analysis and assessment.

• Should have thorough knowledge on ICRR, Financial Statements, Credit Products, CRM Policy Guidelines and related rules & regulations, acts as well as circulars issued by regulatory bodies including Bangladesh Bank.

• Should be capable of working under pressure and visiting borrower’s project / factories/business premises / collateral securities as & when required.

• Should have experience and skill of monitoring difficult loan accounts.

• Should have adequate knowledge on loan documentation, property documents and charge documents and related rules.

• Should have good command over English and excellent drafting skill.
