Additional Requirements:
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and be well conversant in Computer Literacy and sound analytical proficiency.
Responsibilities & Context:
Should have practical working experience of credit proposals appraisal with in-depth analysis and assessment.
Should have thorough knowledge on ICRR, Financial Statements, Credit Products, CRM Policy Guidelines and related rules & regulations, acts as well as circulars issued by regulatory bodies including Bangladesh Bank.
Should be capable of working under pressure and visiting borrower’s project / factories/business premises / collateral securities as & when required.
Should have experience and skill of monitoring difficult loan accounts.
Should have adequate knowledge on loan documentation, property documents and charge documents and related rules.
Should have good command over English and excellent drafting skill.
