Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years of Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & follow up delinquent portfolio & control forward flow rates
∎ Strong Negotiation for repayments appropriately with defaulting customers without compromising bank’s image
∎ Effective management of written-off portfolio and Follow-up written off accounts, in order to minimize credit losses and maximize recoveries
∎ Receive and Input of loan/ card applications in data system
∎ Generate CIB for each applications
∎ De-duplication checking in our existing database
∎ Assign application of CPV, Valuation to third party agencies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
∎ Good negotiation skills
∎ Ability to handle complex situation
∎ Multi tasking ability
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
