Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant field.

• Candidates with professional training in Supply Chain, Store Management, or Logistics will get preference.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 2–3 years of practical experience in store, inventory, or logistics management (garments/textile industry preferred).

• Only male candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of ERP/Warehouse software will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate across multiple departments.

Experience in:

• Inventory control & reporting.

• Procurement & vendor management.

• Physical stock handling, maintenance, and disposal of goods.

• ERP/Inventory management software (preferred).

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Officer – Store & Logistics to manage our inventory, logistics, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store management, timely deliveries, and accurate reporting to support both K ZAMAN and our other sister concerns under ABS Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock using MS Excel, ERP, or relevant software.

• Supervise day-to-day production, store operations, and logistics activities.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for higher management.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Manage purchase orders for fabrics, raw materials, and other production-related items.

• Coordinate delivery of finished products to K ZAMAN showroom and other destinations.

• Monitor product quality, movement, and ensure correct documentation for goods received and dispatched.

• Oversee stock reconciliation, disposal of damaged goods, and maintain compliance with company standards.

• Liaise with vendors, transport service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement cost-saving measures, improve warehouse efficiency, and maintain health & safety standards.

• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & skill set).

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).

• Weekly holiday: Friday.

• Yearly salary review based on performance.
