• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel/Textile Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related field.

• Age At least 25 years

• Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in luxury ethnic wear, bridal couture, or premium boutique fashion. Experience designing both menswear and womenswear is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; robust knowledge of garment construction, draping, tailoring, and tech-pack creation.

• Portfolio: A comprehensive digital portfolio showcasing original sketches, CADs, structured silhouettes, bridal/wearable art designs, and embellished garments.

Studio Location: Banani (Road 12), Dhaka, Bangladesh

Workplace Type: On-site (In-Design House)

Key Responsibilities

• Concept to Creation: Conduct extensive research on global trends, color palettes, and cultural motifs to develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, sketches, digital CADs, and comprehensive tech packs.

• Material & Artistry: Source and curate luxury textiles (including Tissue, Organza, Chiffon, and Silk) and design intricate, custom embroidery layouts and embellishment details.

• Technical Execution: Collaborate closely with master tailors, pattern makers, and embroidery artisans to meticulously guide pieces from initial sketch to final production sample.

• Quality & Fit: Supervise design fittings, managing alterations and final approvals to ensure impeccable silhouette execution and premium finishing.

• Brand Presentation: Support the creative direction for campaign shoots, lookbooks, showroom visual merchandising, and collection launches.
