∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of accessories as per procedure.
∎ Safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store. Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Develop and maintain software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Purchase local items from local supplier end of the month.
∎ Purchase foreign goods (collection pi, make PO, confirm eta)
∎ Day to day update of stock through PO, GRN, Material Return in Excel file & Procurement or Inventory Management Software
∎ Raise GRN at the time of receiving goods in stores.
∎ Compare Invoice/Packing list/ Purchase Order as receiving materials.
∎ Materials Issue
∎ Update Bin card in daily basis.
∎ Physical reconciliation of stock balance in every weekend and month end by a systematic way
∎ Update of Movement file.
∎ Update stock report in time like Raw materials, Semi finished, Finished, Consumable, Spare parts & Stationary etc.
∎ To organize & stacking in-house goods & keep its identified area.
∎ Keep all store related documents in easy & accessible identified area.
∎ Good housekeeping in respective area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
