Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking the PI with the Approved Costing Sheet.
∎ Reconcile BTB Opening with the Approved Costing Sheet.
∎ Maintain a Record of Master L/C/Sales Contract VS BTB, Acceptance & Payment and realization of documents etc.
∎ Document Acceptance process complete on time without deviation.
∎ Reconciliation all trade A/C (Margin, ERQ & OD Accounts).
∎ Sales Posting In Tally Software.
∎ Foreign Bill Realization Voucher Create In Tally Software.
∎ Consumption Voucher Create In Tally Software.
∎ Import & BTB Payment Voucher Create In Tally Software.
∎ All Import & Export Related Charges Posting In Tally Software.
∎ Co-operation of salary Disbursement with the Team.
∎ Preparation of payments voucher and posting of expenses under appropriate head of Accounts.
∎ Able to handle petty cash expenses, daily cash count sheet and petty cash reimbursement. Keeping voucher, documents and records properly and safely.
∎ Data entry in computerized accounting system Tally ERP 9.
∎ Assisting in the preparation of payroll and disbursement of salary to factory.
∎ Preparation of journal voucher and taking approval from authorized person before recording.
∎ Any other function as may be assigned to him by the Supervisor of his delegated person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in 100% export oriented Ready made Garment Industry is an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal ability.
∎ Good communication Skills.
