Feed Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target as per sales plan.
∎ Root-level work (regular farm visit) with the farmers to make them convert to the company consumer.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ To develop retailers/agents in the gap markets for exploring business opportunities.
∎ To ensure maximizing potential retailers & dealers.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales orders with the payments.
∎ To run business within company-approved policy.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales & delivery reports.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.
∎ To establish, develop & maintain positive business with customers to create loyalty toward the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ The candidates must have experience in feed sales.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
