Responsibilities & Context:
Identify potential customers and expand the customer base within assigned territory.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Visit dealers regularly, maintain relationships, and collect sales orders.
Develop new dealers and strengthen distribution channels to expand market coverage.
Conduct regular visits to cattle, poultry, and fish farms to build strong customer relationships.
Provide effective after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect and analyze competitor information including pricing and market strategies.
Share market feedback, customer insights, and trends with management.
Promote company products through field activities to increase awareness and sales growth
