Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, major in Wet Processing Technology or Bachelor / Master’s Degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of pre- production department design section, engraving section, Lab, Color kitchen & R&D section for running programs
∎ Follow-up Sample/Counter sample/Gold seal/ SMS /First bulk printing & full finishing process with ensuring quality with Bulk production
∎ Increase inline production during production to ensure the customer requirement and meet the shipment time
∎ Follow up buyer print requirement
∎ Arrange risk analysis and pre- production meeting before starting every new style with production, quality & technical team
∎ Initial inspection on the first finished goods & to ensure quality of print
∎ Ensure all kinds of physical, chemical & RSL test testing parameters according to buyer requirement
∎ Daily submitting the reports about current activities to the senior responsible
∎ Attend meeting on Buyer for any technical, quality or production friendly issues
∎ Keep the Record/ Documentation all data very precisely
∎ Work closely with Line manager and merchandising team in order to foresee smooth production and ensure quality
∎ Knowledge of different print techniques and executing multiple buyers
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must be mentioned major subject in CV
∎ 3 to 5 year of experience in relevant filed will be preferred
∎ Proactive, Independent, Enthusiastic & Result oriented
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory
