Experience:

• 4 to 7 years

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Information System (CIS)

• 4 to 7 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Healthcare or Hospital

• Understand and explain complex technical concepts·

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Excellent technical writing skills·

• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power Point, intermediate level required·

• Strong technical report writing background – preferably in the ICT industries.

• Detail-oriented. And CAN DO Attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure all troubleshooting related to user computing.

• Ensure proper maintenance of all the computers.

• Assist to ensure that all existing system is running smoothly.

• Ensure Hospital management software & ERP System running smoothly.

• Troubleshooting software problem, LIS, and ensure Backup properly.

• Ensure all in bound and out bound data is synchronized as per schedule.

• Testing new technology.

• WAN, LAN, wireless network system, Network storage system Maintenance and

• troubleshooting, IP Configuring.

• Switch and Router Configuration, Network Cabling.

• Installing, configuring & assemble computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.

• Monitoring Server system & cloud system.

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

• Providing technical support across the hospital.

• Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.

• Basic Concepts of Graphics Design, Website maintenance.
