∎ B.Sc. (Engg.), IPE from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis Sketch/ Artwork & Prepare operation bulletin with SMV & Efficiency% for Marketing
∎ Standardize every steps of work in the manufacturing processes for achieve Buyer requirement & Production friendly.
∎ Study/analyze the system gap and lead event to continuous improvement.
∎ Find out scope of opportunity for improvement.
∎ Prepare project for reducing cost and increase Efficiency.
∎ Identify wastage and eliminate on regular basis.
∎ Eliminate unnecessary effort and excess O.T
∎ Skill inventory of operator and prepare data base.
∎ WIP control, monitoring and report making.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in garments Knitwear industry will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, Auto CAD, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Factory existing employees are encouraged to apply.
