Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Textile Engineering Technology/ Bachelor in Industrial and Production Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Knit Garments factory
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Industrial & Production Engineering, Layouting, Lean Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & monitor the layout of equipment, materials and work space to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and train up them.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing Line Chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth productivity.
∎ Prepare monthly production report, efficiency report & machine break down report etc.
∎ Design proper work methods for workers, staffs, and specific products.
∎ Design control systems to minimize production cost and resolve production issues.
∎ Suggest methods for increasing production, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Time motion study including SMV (Standard Minute Value), ascertaining the non-productive/ idle time and put suggestion to resolve/control that.
∎ Develop management control systems to ensure better production planning & controlling cost at optimum level.
∎ Find out reasons for defects, wastage and ensure solution.
∎ Develop quality control process to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering.
∎ Have to perform shifting duty.
∎ Should have experience in working with Knit Based Garments.
∎ Proficiency in software/IT skills.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
