∎ PGD in HRM will get preference. No 3rd Class/equivalent CGPA will be considered.
∎ At least 3 years(s) for Officer / or, at least 5 year(s) for Sr. Officer in HR & Admin Department in any reputed organization.
∎ Applicants with similar experience in any NGO setup will get preference.
∎ Age limit may be considered for more experienced candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with department heads to identify hiring needs, post job openings, screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to ensure quality recruitment.
∎ Coordinate interview schedules, maintain a talent pipeline and ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies.
∎ Prepare and issue offer letters, verify documents, conduct background checks and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
∎ Facilitate workstation setup, system access and mentor assignments to help new employees integrate smoothly.
∎ Assist in performance appraisals by maintaining evaluation records, supporting KPI setting and ensuring timely feedback collection.
∎ Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, address grievances and develop retention strategies to enhance job satisfaction.
∎ Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking and benefits administration, including medical insurance and provident funds.
∎ Identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs and track training effectiveness for employee development.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, maintain employee records and assist in audits.
∎ Manage resignation processes, conduct exit interviews and oversee clearance formalities to ensure smooth transitions.
∎ Job Summary: MSS is looking for a highly proactive and skilled professional to recruit as Officer / Sr. Officer (HR & Admin). This is an important entry-level position to contribute at MSS's growth and development by providing services with the existing HR team. This position is expected to perform and ensure smooth operation of day to day HR operations of the organization including recruitment, joining, onboarding, performance appraisal, employee retention, etc. The position is based in Dhaka and requires field visits on official purpose.

∎ Major responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

∎ After confirmation: BDT 36,745 - 41,268 per month (for Senior officer Position), BDT 27, 900 - 33,570 per month (for Officer Position) (negotiable during the probation period).
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Contributory Provident fund, Gratuity, Two festival bonuses in a year, yearly increment, special "Staff Welfare Fund" to cover health expenses for self and family. The death benefit from a Special "Staff Welfare Fund". Stipend facility for meritorious children.
