Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in Social Science or in any other relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in a similar position in educational and employment related projects particularly in the field of disability.
Highly motivated and committed to work with persons with disabilities.
Strong knowledge on disability inclusion and development is preferable.
Proficient in multitasking, facilitation, communication, presentation and report writing skills.
Excellent command of MS Office- MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Moderate level written and oral communication skills in English.
Excellent understanding about digital learning environment, social media and educational apps is required.
Willingness to travel outside workstation for project related activities.

The organization has been working over the last 17 years to promote equity for persons with disabilities and other marginalized people in all spheres of life through education, training, employment, arts and culture, sports, legal services, health care, climate change and information and communication technology.
Duration: 1 Year (12 months)
Job Location: Access Bangladesh Foundation Head Office, Savar, Dhaka-1340
Reporting: Project Manager, Access Bangladesh Foundation.
Responsibilities
Support in achieving project objectives; planning, implementation and progress monitoring, budget utilization;
Support Project Manager in developing detailed project implementation plan (PIP) for each year and update quarterly;
Manage key functions of the project to meet donor expectations in terms of timely and quality results and budget;
Managing the partnership and ensure coordination between different partners and stakeholders;
Collaborate with OPDs for learners with disabilities mobilization for enrolling in skills and employment;
Establish and maintain linkages and network with skills providing agencies, employers, employers` association/organizations and other stakeholders;
Assist in conducting advocacy with relevant Government and non-government organizations at national and local levels for creating employment opportunities;
Mobilize and facilitate learners and job seekers with disabilities to create a profile in job matching app;
Support in organizing job fairs in collaboration with private organizations;
Ensure trainee tracking, provide timely inputs and maintain updated database;
Sensitize employers for employment of youth with disabilities;
Follow-up the work places and monitor post-employment status and update database, prepare and share report accordingly;
Arrange online trainings on soft skills for learners and job-seekers with disabilities;
Conduct career guidance sessions of the job-seekers with disabilities;
Support in organizing meetings / workshops / seminars/consultations as needed with relevant stakeholders (e.g. government officials, employers, trade bodies, learners and job-seekers with disabilities.);
Assist in developing and disseminating necessary promotional and communication materials;
Assist in job matching for placing job seekers with disabilities in appropriate workplace
Support in developing case studies as per donor requirements;
Field visits to project locations when required to ensure effective program implementation;
Perform and assist any other task as and when necessary for the interest of the organization.
Safeguarding
Focuses on self-awareness and behavior regulation according to organizational policy.
Maintain gender-sensitive and disability-inclusive approach in all stages of the project and safeguarding measures as per the code of conduct;
Ensuring safeguarding and PSEA issues at all levels and taking appropriate measures.
