Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) is inviting applications for appointment on contract basis for the position of Research Associate for its project titled “Strengthening Integrity and Accountability in Sexual and Reproductive Health Systems in Bangladesh”
Programme Overview:
The programme aims to strengthen the quality, integrity, transparency, and accountability of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) services through evidence-based community monitoring at Union Health & Family Welfare Centres (UH&FWC) and engagement with community and relevant stakeholder. By conducting regular facility monitoring, data-driven advocacy, and stakeholder dialogue, the initiative seeks to improve quality of service delivery and there by protect the rights of women and girls.
Job Description:
Support design and implementation of community monitoring tools, including observation checklists and client exit interview (CEI) questionnaires.
Design, configure, and manage digital data collection forms using Kobo Toolbox
Oversee routine data cleaning, validation, and management to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Assist in quantitative data analysis and preparation of tables, charts, and summaries for reporting and advocacy use.
Coordinate with Assistant Community Facilitators to support smooth implementation of facility monitoring and client exit interviews.
Track data submission timelines and follow up on missing, inconsistent, or incomplete data.
Support organisation and documentation of community group meetings, facility-level advocacy meetings, and district-level advocacy forums.
Assist in preparing meeting materials, data presentations, and evidence summaries for stakeholder discussions/advocacy engagements.
Support dissemination of project findings to community people and relevant stakeholders in an accessible format.
Maintain proper records of datasets, meeting minutes, transcripts of discussion/workshop, attendance sheets, and supporting documents.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
