Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure the monitoring and implementation of silk production process, silk dyeing process and quality of dyeing chemical

• Maintain the improvement of silk weaving and dyeing quality

• Ensure the timely supply of silk products as per Aarong demands

• Ensure the technical support to the producers for all types of raw materials sourcing like silk yarn, dyeing materials and other raw materials

• Maintain the coordination with silk producers, Aarong Design, Quality control

• Manage the costing of fabrics and QC requisition

• Prepare different report and share with the management

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
