∎ Diploma in Medical Faculty (Midwifery/ Paramedic: 3-4 years course)
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field and role, preferably in the public health/ medical profession
∎ Knowledge of M&E principles, data collection, and analysis for quality assessment and decision-making.
∎ Understanding of patient rights, dignity, and engagement in healthcare service delivery.
∎ Ability to conduct field visits, evaluate healthcare services, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
∎ Strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting field data to support decision-making.
∎ Effective communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular field visits to assess the quality of maternal and child health services at community and facility levels, ensuring maximum compliance with the national guidelines.
∎ Monitor the activities of Shasthya Kormi (SK), Programme Organizer (PO), Field Organizer (FO), etc. ensuring alignment with action plans and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical guidelines, and patient-centered care principles, providing recommendations and guidance for performance enhancement.
∎ Gather and analyze field-level monitoring data, preparing actionable reports with key insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement in service quality.
∎ Conduct assessments to evaluate patient experience, ensure dignity and respect in service delivery, and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.
∎ Support in identifying high-risk pregnancies, timely referrals to higher-level healthcare facilities, and support the implementation of emergency response protocols.
∎ Work closely with the BHP MEAL team, Area Managers, and healthcare professionals to implement best practices, address service gaps, and ensure continuous quality improvement.
∎ Contribute to the development of quality monitoring tools, checklists, and reporting mechanisms to enhance service quality and accountability.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
