• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering & Production or Textile Engineering or IPE

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Garments, Textile, or Washing Factory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

• Experience in process analysis and identifying areas for improvement.

• Knowledge of implementing efficiency-driven process improvements.

1. Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend immediate corrective actions.

2. Monitor floor-wise efficiency and ensure adherence to planned production targets.

3. Maintain and update Standard Minute Value (SMV) for all operations on the floor.

4. Conduct motion studies to streamline worker movements and improve productivity.

5. Ensure effective line balancing to minimize idle time and optimize workflow.

6. Coordinate with supervisors and operators to implement process improvements.

7. Evaluate operator performance regularly and recommend necessary training or upskilling.

8. Ensure compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.

9. Support floor management in achieving KPIs such as efficiency, DHU, and output targets.
