Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related discipline.
Officer-level: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Compliance (RMG preferred).
Senior Officer-level: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Admin & Compliance (RMG preferred).
Strong MS Excel skills.
Expertise in Kormee Payroll software preferred.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
We are looking for Officer and Senior Officer-level professionals in HR, Admin & Compliance to manage HR operations, compliance, payroll, and office administration. The role involves handling employee lifecycle activities, ensuring labor law compliance, coordinating audits, and supporting team management.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Maintain employee records; handle confirmation, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities.
Operate payroll software (Kormee) for accurate salary processing, OT, bonuses, leave encashments, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and customer Codes of Conduct (CoCs).
Handle audits (customer, technical, environmental, security, certificates).
Coordinate office administration, events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
Lead and supervise team members (for Senior Officer level).
Prepare timely reports for senior management.
