Skills Required: Inventory Management,Stock Inventory
Additional Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in inventory, accounts, or finance, preferably in the RMG sector.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, garment costing, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare, review, and maintain monthly inventory reports with proper filing and documentation.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Check and verify pre-cost sheets and ensure correctness.
Post monthly sales vouchers in the accounting software accurately and on time.
Review and verify Proforma Invoices (PI).
Maintain and update databases for pre-cost sheets and Proforma Invoices.
Monitor budgetary control for lab tests and other non-SCM related payments.
Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/management.
