Responsibilities & Context:
We are a leading apparel manufacturing company delivering high-quality garments to both local and international markets. We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser with strong expertise in garment costing to ensure profitable and efficient production management.
Manage end-to-end merchandising activities from order confirmation to shipment.
Prepare accurate pre-costing and post-costing for all orders, ensuring profitability.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams to maintain cost targets.
Monitor raw material consumption, production efficiency, and wastage to optimize costs.
Track budget adherence, analyze variances, and suggest cost-saving measures.
Maintain order status reports, production schedules, and shipment plans.
Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and company policies.
Mentor junior merchandising staff on costing and production processes (for Senior Merchandiser).
