Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Maintain share portfolio and reporting to the regulatory;

• Sound knowledge on capital market;

• Conversant in Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory body (BSEC, DSE, CSE, NBR etc.) reporting;

• Capability of FICL preparation according to Bangladesh Bank circulars;

• Sound knowledge on VAT and Income Tax matters, TDS & VDS, Government Treasury Deposit, submission of E-TDS return etc.

• Voucher posting on software;

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on share investments matters;

• Willing to work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
