Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary : Manages the claims process and collaborates with hospitals to ensure seamless service delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction and cashless services. Supports strategic decision-making in claims resolutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Claims Management :

  • Ensuring the seamless handling of claims and maintaining accurate data records.

  • Processing claims efficiently to meet deadlines and uphold fairness.

  • Verification of suspected claims both of physically & over telephone.

  • Implementing proactive measures to mitigate fraudulent activities and protect organizational resources.

  • Resolving customer concerns promptly to foster trust and positive experiences.

  • Preparing detailed reports to track claims performance and support decision-making.

Hospital Management:

  • Expanding the hospital network by identifying and adding suitable partners.

  • Facilitating seamless cashless transactions for patients to enhance convenience.

  • Building long-term, collaborative relationships with healthcare providers.

  • Securing favorable terms through effective contract negotiations with hospital partners.

  • Ensuring hospitals maintain high standards in patient care and operational performance.

  • Collecting insights to understand patient experiences and drive service improvements.

  • Tracking compliance with SLAs to ensure commitments are consistently met.
