  • Agency Operations & Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of agency business processes, recruitment, licensing, and IDRA regulations.Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and performance tracking to support management decisions.
  • Financial & Commission Management: Expertise in commission calculation, incentive disbursement, and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams—Finance, IT, Training, and Administration.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Producers and Agency Supervisors, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee Producer licensing activities and maintain accurate data in the Agent License Online (ALO) system.
  • Provide logistical support to Producers, including distribution of ID cards, business materials, and handling of queries.
  • Supervise commission and incentive disbursements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IDRA guidelines, and timely payments.
  • Coordinate with Finance and IT teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless payment processing.
  • Manage Producer life cycle processes — transfers, promotions, resignations, and retirements in line with company policies.
  • Oversee branch office operations, ensuring policy compliance, efficient staff performance, and administrative coordination.
  • Liaise with Training, Admin, and IT departments to facilitate training sessions and support operational needs.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support cost efficiency and management decision-making.
  • Assist in sales policy reviews, bonus evaluations, and campaign monitoring to track performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Agency Distribution and Senior Management teams on sales engagement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support agency operations and growth.
