Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
∎ Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
∎ Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for account statuses, and other problems.
∎ Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining.
