Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Department: Sales
∎ Work Station: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Ensure route-wise growth according to route-to-market analysis and growth tracking and generate reports accordingly
∎ Reorganize route as per route potential and optimize the coverage
∎ Coordinate with the Management Information System Department (MIS) & field team to correct and update the outlet database
∎ Ensure manpower as per approved manpower demarcation plan
