Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Create and execute strategies to maximize sales in assigned regions or territories.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
∎ Gather competitor intelligence and share insights with the marketing and sales teams.
∎ Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
∎ Provide detailed product information, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
∎ Regularly visit customers in designated areas to follow up on leads and ensure satisfaction.
∎ Address customer concerns and provide post-sale support where necessary.
∎ Report sales progress, market trends, and feedback to the sales manager.
∎ Track sales metrics and prepare regular updates for management.
∎ Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
