Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continuous market visit & conduct Market and Distributor Audit as per requirement.
∎ Reviewing and verifying sales transactions, invoices, and receipts to ensure company policies and accounting standards.
∎ Reconciling sales data with financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve.
∎ Generating reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborating with other departments to improve sales processes and internal controls to minimize errors and fraud risks.
∎ Keeping comprehensive records of all sales-related activities and audits for future reference.
∎ Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance.
