Proficiency in oral and written communication both in Bengali & English.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Problem solving skill for buyer order.
Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up production and quality at sewing section as per H&M Guide line in all stage.
Follow up Initial, inline inspection at sewing stage.
Reserve all information of each order/style including with buyer inspection report.
Conduct QS Audit 02 days per week at sewing.
To maintain COC, QS requirements.
Follow up all inspection schedule and conducting buyer inspection by communicating with buying QC.
To know applicable rules & regulations on EMS implementation in organization & comply with accordingly.
Any other assignment given by the management time to time Follow up Initial, inline inspection at finishing stage.
Reserve all information of each order/style including with buyer inspection report.
Follow up production and quality at Finishing section as per H&M Guide line.
Conduct QS Audit 02 days per week at Finishing.
To maintain QS, COC requirements.
Follow up all inspection schedule and conducting buyer inspection by communicating with buying QC.
Follow up over all H&M requirement in every stage.
To know applicable rules & regulations on EMS implementation in organization & comply with accordingly.
Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
