∎ The Opportunity: The Rehabilitation Officer is responsible to provide rehab services (Physiotherapy) including assistive device service assessment and links to ensure service provision for persons with disability in the Rohingya and Host community. S/He will be also responsible for inclusion activities like awareness sessions on disability rights and inclusion within the community. Ensuring confidentiality, s/he will maintain the documentation process of individual program participants such as screening, assessment, follow-up, successful referral, caregivers training, assistive device, and case story and provide necessary data electronically to SCI Health Information System. Overall, this position will support ensuring inclusive humanitarian health intervention at SCI health facilities effectively with high competency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years' professional track records in similar activities in any International /National organization preferably in a humanitarian context
∎ Proven experience of accountability to the affected people especially in a humanitarian context- persons with disabilities, women, children, and elderly people
∎ Experience in capacity building and delivering training, preferably in the field of age and /or disability
∎ Strong team management, staff capacity building, and motivation skills in teamwork and networking
∎ Computer Skills in MS word, Excel, powerpoint and android based applications for data entry
∎ Excellent oral and written English and Bangla and capacity to produce learning documents and products
∎ Knowledge/understanding of humanitarian principles, disability inclusion standards, and guidelines
∎ Capacities to take initiative and generate ideas for complex situations
∎ Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and handle stress with limited supervision
∎ Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking) and good working knowledge of using MS office and the internet.
∎ Familiarized with the Chittagonian dialect.
