Front Office, Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Motel, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with different regulatory bodies to meet Compliance obligation i.e ; various permissions, certificates, NOC etc.
∎ Make Correspondence with foreign consultant and others for any visa, passport & air ticketing issue.
∎ Meeting room arrangement for companies meeting in/ outside of office.
∎ Keep and Update Documentation- All passport copy, visa copy, national ID card copy, domestic air ticket , international air ticket, all protocol bill copy, hotel booking copy, visa application copy, embassy documents, all useful contact & telephone number etc.
∎ Distribution of occasional gift item to various government & private offices higher authority.
∎ Provide support to expected regards to accommodation,logistics & other issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in dealing with foreign consultants, contractors, etc.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation Handling
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English
∎ Advanced knowledge on Computer operation (e.g especially on Microsoft Project)
Salary: Negotiable
