Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 40 years
  • 7 years of progressively responsible experience in regulatory affairs or stakeholder management, preferably within the healthcare sector or a trade body.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies in Bangladesh with practical exposure to different licensing procedures applicable for healthcare organizations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook)

Position: Officer, Regulatory Affairs & Advocacy

(Ministry/Directorate of Fire, Narcotics, Environment & Labor)

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Monitor and analyze regulatory developments impacting the healthcare industry in Bangladesh.

  • - Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other key stakeholders [such as, Ministry/Directorate of – Health, Labor, Fire, Narcotics, Environment, Public Works etc.]

  • - Represent the association`s interests in discussions and consultations with regulatory authorities.

  • - Provide expert advice and guidance to member companies on regulatory compliance and best practices.

  • - Prepare and submit regulatory documents, reports, and position papers on behalf of the association.

  • - Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training programs on regulatory affairs for member companies.

  • - Collaborate with the Board of Directors and other internal teams to align regulatory strategies with the association`s objectives.
