Experience:
Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
7 years of progressively responsible experience in regulatory affairs or stakeholder management, preferably within the healthcare sector or a trade body.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies in Bangladesh with practical exposure to different licensing procedures applicable for healthcare organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook)

Position: Officer, Regulatory Affairs & Advocacy
(Ministry/Directorate of Fire, Narcotics, Environment & Labor)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments impacting the healthcare industry in Bangladesh.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other key stakeholders [such as, Ministry/Directorate of – Health, Labor, Fire, Narcotics, Environment, Public Works etc.]
- Represent the association`s interests in discussions and consultations with regulatory authorities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to member companies on regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, reports, and position papers on behalf of the association.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training programs on regulatory affairs for member companies.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and other internal teams to align regulatory strategies with the association`s objectives.
