Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication or a related subject.

• At least 7 years

• Age At most 40 years

• 7 years of progressively responsible experience in PR organization, mass media or relevant field.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Having a strong network with media houses will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

• - Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, news portals, influencers, and media houses for the Association.

• - Monitor media coverage, track results, and prepare performance reports including media clippings, campaign insights, and PR impact analysis

• - Develop and maintain effective PR and media strategies to ensure brand visibility across print, TV, and digital platforms of the association

• - Write and distribute high-quality press releases, news articles, and editorial features in both Bangla and English

• - Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Association`s leadership.

• - Liaise with member organizations, government bodies, and other stakeholders.

• - Any other assignments to be given by the Management.
