Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Satellite TV, Tyre manufacturer

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• Certificate in Land Surveying.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Satellite TV, Tyre manufacturer

• Age 28 to 35 years

• professional experience in land management, land records, survey record, mouza map, Title/ Bia deed, land Record and khotian, Land registration, Mutation & digital survey etc.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh land laws, land registration system, mutation, khatian / porcha, survey processes and other legal formalities.
• Liaise with land offices, sub-registrar offices, AC Land, DC offices, and relevant government bodies.
• Maintain updated records and legal documents related to all land assets of the company.
• Should have computer literacy in MS Office (MS word/ Excel/ Power point).
• Any other work-related task decided upon by management.
