Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years

Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well as part of a multi disciplined team. Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management and clients. Well Constructed negotiation skills. Analytical, methodical and pro-active approach to problem solving. Ability to identify key issues and present advice and decisions in a precise and understandable manner. 3 to 5 years' practical experience in the Lower Courts of Bangladesh. Enrolled Advocate under Dhaka Bar Association (mandatory).



Responsibilities & Context:

Hands-on experience in handling:

Civil & Criminal Litigation

Banking Cases (NI Act, Artho Rin, Call Back, Money Suit, Recovery)

Insurance Matters

Corporate Recovery Issues

Arbitration

Admiralty Suits

 Strong drafting skills in petitions, pleadings, notices, agreements, affidavits, etc.

Complete understanding of court processes, including filing, hearing, evidence, execution & appeals.

Efficient court management, smart communication, and confident presentation skills.

Amiable personality with a positive attitude.

Ability to provide legal advice to management on all running and past cases, including critical matters.

Represent the company before different courts and legal authorities.

Draft, vet, and review legal documents and agreements.

Maintain liaison with external lawyers and regulatory bodies.

Ensure timely follow-up, monitoring, and reporting on litigation matters.

Provide legal opinions and guidance to management.

Maintain proper documentation and case records.
