  • Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all land-related projects.

  • Assist in resolving disputes, negotiations, and conflict management related to land and property matters.

  • Support management in policy formulation and implementation related to land acquisition, leases, and property management.

  • Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and government policies relevant to land and legal matters.

  • Coordinate with external legal advisors, consultants, and authorities as needed.

  • Perform any other legal or land-related tasks assigned by the management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage all legal matters related to land acquisition, property agreements, and contracts for the company.

  • Conduct due diligence, legal research, and risk assessments for land acquisitions and related projects.

  • Conduct misc. cases and misc. appeal at AC Land office and FDC Revenue.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and government policies.

  • Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on land and legal issues.

  • Support management in dispute resolution, litigation, and legal compliance matters.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all legal and land-related transactions.

  • Scrutinize the land ownership.

  • Provide timely legal advice and guidance to management and other departments.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management in connection with land and legal matters.
