• Age at least 40 years. Relaxable in case of highly experienced person.

• Enrollment as an advocate with the Bangladesh Bar Council.

• Experience in civil & criminal litigation and legal drafting.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice along with minimum 05 years in any Financial Institutions or corporate legal affairs.

• Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Chittagong Eye Infirmary and Training Complex (CEITC), a tertiary multidisciplinary Institution is looking for eligible personnel for the following position:

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee legal affairs, including litigation, contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and legal documentation.

• Represent the organization before different courts of laws, tribunals, arbitration panels and in key negotiation, ensuring organization’s best interest are effectively safeguarded.

• Provide expert legal advice on matters related to civil, criminal and other litigation.

• Maintain effective communication with law chambers, government/semi-government bodies, law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.

• Draft and review complaints, FIRs, petitions and other civil and criminal documents.

• Manage litigation and other legal disputes involving the organization.

• Follow up on ongoing cases and keep management updated.

Commensurate with qualification and experience.
