Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Textile) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop processes and systems to ensure product quality
∎ Closely work with the production team and guide to ensure product quality
∎ Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production
∎ Ensure product quality checking by process quality control
∎ Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzes the root cause, and take corrective actions for rectification
∎ Establish a strong quality control team through on the job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques
∎ Record maintaining and provide the quality control report to the supervisor
∎ Provide strong leadership to the staff, ensure high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experiences in quality control in RMG sector/ similar organization
∎ Knowledge of quality assurance (process and finish quality), textile and garments products
∎ Knowledge of textile and garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding) and planning
∎ Strong communication, analytical ability and preparing statistical data chart for QC
∎ Good skills in MS Office, e-mailing, report writing and data analysis
