Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop processes and systems to ensure product quality.
∎ Provide the guidance to the production team to ensure product quality.
∎ Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production.
∎ Ensure product quality checking by process quality control.
∎ Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzes the root cause, and take corrective actions for
∎ rectification.
∎ Establish a strong quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools,
∎ and techniques.
∎ Maintain the records and provide the quality control report to the supervisor.
∎ Provide strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee
∎ relations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 2-3 years of experiences in Quality Control Department in RMG sector/ similar organizations
∎ Knowledge of Quality assurance (process and finish quality)
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding)
∎ Analytical ability, report writing and statistical data analysis skills
